Studio Ra, Ostend

1. The studio has 1 double bed. It is not allowed for more than 2 persons to sleep in the studio.
2. Animals are not allowed.
3. Smoking is allowed on the terraces, not in the studio.
4. The renting period is counted in nights, one night starts at 17h and ends at 10h the next morning.
5. Bed, bath and kitchen linen (down mattress sheets of 1m60, pillow sleeves, towels, ...) have to be brought to the studio by the tenants.
6. Access to the building's car parking is included, usually there are parking spots available.
